At HARD Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please ensure your swimwear is tried on over underwear to remain eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware protectors and tags are attached, and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
